Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through walk-ins, digital inquiries, references, brokers, and outbound outreach.
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed project presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory options.
- Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs for prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in deal closures.
- Coordinate documentation and handover with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM records, lead pipeline, and sales reports.
- Track local market trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
