Position: Employability Skills Trainer / Facilitator

About the Role
Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is committed to empowering rural youth by equipping them with the skills, confidence, and mindset required for sustainable employment. As an Employability Skills Trainer, you will facilitate engaging learning experiences and mentor learners toward personal and professional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training in Employability Skills, Spoken English, Soft Skills, and Digital Literacy.
- Conduct interactive, activity-based, learner-centered classroom sessions.
- Maintain student attendance, assessments, and progress records.
- Mobilize and enroll new learners through community outreach and local networking.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and skill development.
- Ensure high student engagement, retention, and successful course completion.
- Submit daily reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with Territory Managers and follow organizational SOPs.
- Participate in regular training, meetings, and professional development programs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, internet usage).
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and community development.
- Willingness to work in rural and semi-urban locations.
