Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and connect with potential clients through platforms like Upwork, and other relevant channels.
Qualify leads through research and initial engagement.
Proposal Preparation & Pitching:
Prepare compelling business proposals tailored to client requirements.
Deliver presentations and pitch services effectively to prospects.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Project Coordination:
Act as a bridge between clients and the internal delivery team.
Ensure clear communication for smooth project handovers and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or a similar business development role.
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to draft professional proposals and presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the IT Industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in IT services / digital marketing / SaaS
CRM tools experience (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
Pay: ₹11,531.75 - ₹40,904.86 per month
