HR Manager – Restaurant Industry
Location: Madurai
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the restaurant / hospitality industry
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant or hospitality HR operations, including recruitment, employee management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding for restaurant staff (chefs, service staff, managers, etc.)
Handle employee relations and grievance management
Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and staff records
Ensure HR policies and labour law compliance
Manage training and performance evaluations
Support team engagement and retention strategies
Coordinate with management for staff planning and scheduling
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years HR experience in restaurant / hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple outlets and staff teams
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
