Job Summary
Drive sales through outbound telephone calls to prospective customers across assigned products or services. Handle customer objections, generate interest, close sales where applicable, and achieve daily and monthly telesales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day from the assigned lead list.
- Pitch assigned products or services and generate customer interest.
- Handle customer objections and close sales over the phone where applicable.
- Book appointments or transfer qualified leads to the field sales team.
- Update call dispositions and outcomes in the dialler or CRM after each call.
- Meet daily call count, connection rate and conversion targets.
- Follow up on callback commitments promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- 12th / Any Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales or a related role.
- Strong outbound telephone sales skills.
- Good objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
- CRM or dialler usage knowledge.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Good spoken Tamil and English communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
