Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the overall business operations and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, improve processes, and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.)
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure target achievement
- Optimize operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost control
- Build and manage high-performing teams; ensure alignment and accountability
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and report on business performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth initiatives
- Handle crisis management and decision-making under pressure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 8+ years of managerial experience in business operations or leadership roles
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities
- Proven track record of improving business outcomes and driving growth.
