Salary:70,000.00 to 75,000.00 INR
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying, cost control, estimation, and commercial management.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and cost calculations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project quantities and costs.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
- Prepare and evaluate interim payment applications, variations, and claims.
- Assist with contract administration and commercial management.
- Verify quantities executed at site and coordinate with project/site teams.
- Review subcontractor and supplier measurements, invoices, and payment applications.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, measurements, variations, and contractual documentation.
- Support cost forecasting and prepare regular commercial reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure commercial activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements and contractual terms.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
