Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound B2B calls for ERP/software product promotion.
- Identify decision-makers, understand business requirements, and position ERP solutions accordingly.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timelines.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Drive conversion through structured calling strategies and solution-based pitching.
- Achieve lead generation, appointment booking, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate closely with sales, pre-sales, and implementation teams.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of ERP / SaaS / Software products.
- Excellent business communication and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and map ERP solutions.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency and structured reporting discipline.
- Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities.
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or atleast 1+ year’ experience in Telemarketing / Inside Sales with software, ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions domain.
