We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers
* Explain company products and services clearly
* Generate and follow up on leads
* Maintain daily call records and reports
* Handle customer queries professionally
* Achieve assigned targets
* Coordinate with the sales team when required
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
* Basic computer knowledge
* Positive attitude and convincing skills

* Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
