Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through cold calling, email, and online outreach
· Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
· Qualify prospects based on needs and interest level
· Fix appointments and schedule product demos
· Explain product features and benefits (CRM/ERP solutions)
· Follow up regularly to convert leads into opportunities
· Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
· Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
· Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for conversions
· Support end-to-end sales process until closure
Experience:
2–10 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, or CRM software sales.
Languages Known:
Telugu, Kannada , Hindi
Skills:
· Strong communication and convincing skills for handling calls and clients
· Good experience in cold calling and lead generation
· Ability to identify customer needs and qualify prospects
· Basic understanding of CRM tools for managing leads and follow-ups
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
· Good presentation and product explanation ability
· Target-oriented mindset with focus on conversions
· Time management and ability to handle high call volumes
· Team coordination and follow-up discipline
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales processes· Ability to work independently and achieve 5x sales growth targets
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
