Overview of role
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing & Digital Campaign Specialist with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will have practical experience creating and optimizing landing pages, implementing marketing and sales tracking systems, managing paid advertising campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance.
An engineering or technical background is highly desirable, as the role involves working closely with technical products, analytics, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Design, create, and optimize landing pages for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Improve user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Work with design and development teams to implement landing page improvements.
Marketing Analytics & Sales Tracking
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure across marketing channels.- Configure and manage:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion tracking
- UTM tracking frameworks
- CRM integrations
- Lead attribution systems
- Build dashboards and reporting for campaign performance and sales funnel tracking.
Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, and optimize:- Google Ads campaigns
- Google Display retargeting campaigns
- LinkedIn Sponsored Content campaigns
- LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns
- Remarketing and retargeting strategies
- Monitor KPIs including CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage campaign budgets and performance optimization.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute social media content strategies.- Manage company presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content.
- Track engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate organic and paid social initiatives.
Campaign Strategy & Lead Generation
Develop end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution.- Create multi-channel lead generation strategies.
- Build nurturing workflows and remarketing funnels.
- Identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels.
AI-Powered Marketing
Use AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.- Utilize tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- AI content generation tools
- AI-assisted analytics and automation platforms
- Develop AI-enhanced workflows for content creation, research, reporting, and campaign optimization.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.- Proven experience building and managing landing pages.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tracking implementation.
- Experience with Google Ads and retargeting campaigns.
- Experience running LinkedIn Sponsored Ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical background.- Experience with B2B marketing.
