We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will assist guests, address inquiries, and coordinate with various departments to maintain service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with their requirements
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams
- Maintain guest records and service logs
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing timely assistance
- Support check-in and check-out processes when required
- Promote hotel facilities and services to guests
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
As per industry standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
