Role Overview
We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to transform office interior concepts into photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations. You'll collaborate closely with designers, architects, and clients to deliver visually compelling presentations that communicate design ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthrough animations for office interior projects
- Produce photorealistic visualizations for client presentations, marketing materials, and proposals
- Interpret design briefs, sketches, and client requirements into visually appealing 3D designs
- Prepare interior layouts, space planning concepts, and furniture arrangements tailored for office environments
- Apply textures, lighting, materials, and camera settings to enhance design presentations
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project teams to refine design concepts
- Create 3D animations to illustrate design proposals and walkthroughs
- Prepare detailed working drawings and presentation sheets
- Assist in BOQ preparation and material estimation
- Incorporate client feedback and design revisions effectively
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest 3D modeling software, rendering techniques, and office design trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser/3D Designer in interior design (office/commercial focus preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D rendering and visualization projects, especially office interiors
- Understanding of architectural and interior design principles, space planning, and office ergonomics
