We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. The role involves task management, basic accounting, GST coordination, administrative support, and communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks and follow up on pending work.
- Maintain trackers and reports in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Handle basic Tally entries and bookkeeping.
- Assist in GST working and coordinate GST compliance.
- Prepare invoices and maintain accounting records.
- Organize and maintain business documents.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Draft emails and maintain professional communication.
- Assist the Founder with operational and administrative tasks.
- Support process improvement and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements:
- Graduate (B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of Tally and GST.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ownership mindset.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
