- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to integrate automated testing frameworks with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting issues in complex software environments.
- Skilled in analyzing test results and providing actionable feedback to development teams.
