- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code in HANA environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP landscapes.
