About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure project execution according to schedule and standards, and maintain safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and timely project delivery
Monitor work progress and enforce quality control standards
Communicate daily with project managers, subcontractors, and workers
Ensure all site operations abide by health, safety, and environmental regulations
Report on work completed, materials used, and delays/issues encountered
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly
Maintain site documentation, including logs, permits, and reports
Train, guide, and mentor site crew members
Coordinate deliveries of materials, equipment, and manpower
Liaise with clients and stakeholders when required
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as Site Supervisor or similar role in construction/engineering
Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and safety standards
Excellent leadership and team-management abilities
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Valid driver’s license
Relevant technical diploma or certification is a plus
Salary: 15000-25000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
