About the Role
Pacific Habitats India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales of our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into successful business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and prospective buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other business associates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales transactions.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to possession.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate sales and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
