- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
- Manage and scale paid media budgets to meet lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Continuously run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.
- Create performance reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to create high-converting creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive ROI-focused campaigns.
- Solid understanding of customer funnels, attribution models, and remarketing strategies.
