We are seeking an experienced SCM Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, efficient inventory control, smooth logistics, and effective vendor management.
- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain Management activities.
- Handle procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize material holding costs.
- Track material movement, dispatches, and delivery timelines.
- Identify supply chain gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and monitor SCM MIS, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination across all supply chain functions.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the SCM team.
- 12–15 years of experience in SCM / Supply Chain Management.
- BE / Diploma / MBA qualification.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, material planning, and vendor management.
- Good negotiation, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Experience in managing teams and end-to-end supply chain operations.
