Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Residential & High-Rise Building Projects
Key Responsibilities: Quantity surveying, estimation & quantity take-offs
- Cost planning, budgeting & cost control
- Client billing, RA bills & revenue management
- Subcontractor billing & commercial management
- Contract administration
- Claims, variations & EOT documentation
- Procurement support & rate analysis
- Weekly/monthly commercial reporting & MIS
Required Profile:
Candidates with relevant experience in residential and high-rise building projects, with strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-offs, billing, cost control, contracts, claims and commercial management.
