Job description:
· Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and channel partners.
· Attend inquiries and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
· Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
· Negotiate and close bookings in line with company sales targets.
· Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth processing.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
· Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Provide regular sales updates and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or residential property sales.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Basic knowledge of residential real estate transactions and home loan processes is an advantage.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
