- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and coding complex software components with attention to scalability and maintainability.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within custom software environments.
- Familiarity with integrating software solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
