Job Description — Performance Marketing Manager
Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Reports to: Head – Marketing & Outreach / Director
Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting performance-driven paid
campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve lead generation, CPL and ROI
targets for admissions or business growth and all other responsibilities of this domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid marketing strategy (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube,
- Programmatic, Affiliates)
- Own end-to-end campaign setup, budgeting, A/B testing, tracking and
- optimisation
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies, creatives and landing
- pages
- Manage funnel tracking via CRM & analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker, Data
- Studio, HubSpot/SFDC etc.)
- Drive Landing Page CRO — improve CVR through experiments and
- enhancements
- Plan and execute retargeting / remarketing and lookalike campaigns
- Monitor KPIs: leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS, application and enrolment ratios
- Vendor & agency management (if outsourced)
- Weekly & monthly performance reporting to management
Skills Required
- Strong experience in ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn etc.)
- Proven record in lead gen & ROI-driven campaigns
- Hands-on with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, UTM, Sheets/Excel)
- Knowledge of basic SEO/content funnels and CRO
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
