Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solar Sales Executive to manage showroom sales at our Payyoli branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their energy requirements, promoting solar solutions, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain the features, benefits, and financial advantages of solar power systems.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and project execution.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on company products, government subsidies, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems or electrical products.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Any Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Solar Sales, Electrical Sales, or Retail/Showroom Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong interest in sales may also be considered.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
