Job Summary
CashLe Capitals is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele-Callers to join our team. The role involves calling potential clients, scheduling meetings, following up on leads, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective clients from company-provided leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales/business team.
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation and process updates.
- Maintain call records and update Google Sheets/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams until case closure/disbursal.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in tele-calling/customer support is a plus.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

Compensation
Performance-Based Earnings: ₹3,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on the number of successful meetings scheduled). There is no fixed salary.
