Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager – IT Services to identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, and grow revenue across our IT service offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT services and building long-term B2B client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, and IT Support
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects through meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales performance reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT services sales or business development
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Custom Software
- Existing network of corporate clients is an added advantage
- Experience working with proposal documentation and RFP responses
