About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and e-commerce logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and coordination with warehouse and logistics partners to achieve timely deliveries and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing across Shopify and online marketplaces.
- Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL/logistics partners for timely order dispatch.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays.
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin), NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and reverse logistics.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Track key operational KPIs such as TAT (Turnaround Time), RTO%, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Prepare operational reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and courier aggregator platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
