We are looking for a performance-driven and analytical PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will assist in developing, executing, and optimizing paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI and drive lead generation. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer with 1+ years of experience who is eager to grow under the mentorship of our Senior PPC/Digital Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and manage negative keyword lists to ensure high-quality traffic.
- Ad Copywriting: Write and A/B test compelling ad copies, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates.
- Bid & Budget Management: Monitor daily/monthly ad spend and adjust bids (CPC, CPA, ROAS) to maximize return on investment.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, Quality Score) and providing actionable insights.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with designers and content teams to optimize landing pages for better lead conversions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid search/social campaigns (preferably in an agency or fast-paced startup setting).
- Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and Meta Ads. Familiarity with Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
