Role Summary
We are seeking a Manager – Organizational Effectiveness to act as the connective tissue between our delivery teams, project managers, and leadership. This role ensures that employees are on the right path and growing, projects are healthy, processes are followed and continuously improved, and leadership receives timely, actionable insight into organizational health. The ideal candidate blends strong interpersonal skills with an analytical, process-oriented mindset and the credibility to work across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Development Tracking
- Conduct structured daily check-ins with two employees each day (rotating across the team) to assess whether they are on the right path, following defined processes, and progressing on their assigned work.
- Identify and qualify issues raised by employees — evaluate whether they are genuine blockers or symptoms of process or skill gaps, and route them to the right owner for resolution.
- Assess continuous development beyond day-to-day delivery, ensuring each employee is investing in sustained skill development, and flag stagnation or disengagement early.
Project Health Monitoring
- Connect with the Project Managers of one to two projects on a regular cadence to gather status, risks, resourcing concerns, and process adherence.
- Maintain a consolidated project view across the portfolio, so leadership always has a current picture of delivery health.
Leadership Reporting & Advisory
- Synthesize employee and project inputs into concise, structured findings and discuss them with the Director on a regular basis.
- Recommend changes — organizational, employee-specific, or process-related — supported by clear rationale and ground-level evidence.
Process & Report Design for Sustainable Growth
- Design reports, dashboards, and early-warning mechanisms that proactively surface risks before they escalate — for example:
Utilization and workload trends across the team
Recurring blockers and issue patterns
Skill-development and learning progress
Project slippage and process-adherence indicators
- Develop and document process improvements aimed at scalability, quality, and sustainable organizational growth.
Implementation Governance
- Monitor adoption and correct implementation of newly agreed processes across teams and projects.
- Provide structured feedback loops to both management and delivery teams, and drive course corrections wherever implementation drifts from the agreed design.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in delivery management, PMO, process excellence, or people operations — ideally in an IT services, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust quickly in one-on-one conversations, listen actively, and distinguish genuine issues from noise.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience designing reports, dashboards, or KPIs; exposure to Excel, Power BI, or internal project-management tools is a plus.
- Process-excellence experience including process definition, documentation, rollout, and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, structured manner.
- High integrity and discretion — the role involves sensitive employee and project information and requires sound, impartial judgement.
What Success Looks Like – First Six Months
- A steady rhythm of daily employee and PM connects is established, with documented insights feeding into leadership discussions.
- Two to three proactive reports or dashboards are live that leadership actively uses for decision-making.
- At least one significant process improvement is designed, implemented, and adopted by the teams.
- Leadership has a demonstrably clearer, earlier picture of team and project health than before.
What We Offer
- A high-visibility role shaping how a fast-growing global delivery organization runs and scales.
- Direct working relationship with the Director and senior leadership, with genuine influence on organizational decisions.
- The agility of a boutique consultancy backed by the scale and international network of Argon & Co.
- A collaborative, growth-oriented environment with clear paths toward senior leadership roles.
