Job Description
Promise Academy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Faculty to teach students preparing for the DDCET (Diploma to Degree Common Entrance Test) examination. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for engineering diploma students.
Responsibilities
- Teach DDCET Mathematics topics effectively through classroom sessions.
- Prepare notes, assignments, practice papers, and mock tests.
- Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Develop exam-oriented strategies to help students improve their scores.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech, M.Sc. Mathematics, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong command of Mathematics relevant to DDCET preparation.
- Prior teaching experience in DDCET, Diploma Engineering, GUJCET, JEE, or related competitive exams is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students. Teaching experience and strong mathematical expertise are commonly sought in mathematics faculty positions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating test series and study materials.
- Familiarity with online and offline teaching methods.
- Result-oriented teaching approach.
Compensation
- ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
