Bloodrose Tattoos is looking for a confident, customer-focused Telecaller to handle enquiries, follow up with potential clients and convert leads into studio appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to interested leads.
- Respond to enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp and advertising campaigns.
- Explain tattoo services, offers and the appointment process clearly.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with tattoo artists.
- Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Schedule appointments and send reminders.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Work towards agreed calling and booking targets.
- Submit daily reports on calls, follow-ups and appointments.
Requirements
- Clear communication in Hindi and English is an advantage.
- Good listening, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Organised, reliable and confident in following up with clients.
- Previous telecalling, telesales or customer service experience is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Willingness to work full-time from the studio.
