Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to promote products/services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and increasing company revenue and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities
- Meet sales targets and company growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Promote products/services through digital and traditional marketing
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales deals
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Digital marketing and social media knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 2 to3 years experience in banglore market
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
