Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. The role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. This position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful completion of objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of program or project activities to meet defined objectives and deadlines.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain alignment with goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in tracking and reporting project performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
