Job Summary
Energia Electrica Pvt Ltd (Yazz EV) is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle customer interactions, follow-ups, and support activities while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Follow up with customers regarding sales enquiries, bookings, deliveries, service schedules, and feedback
- Maintain customer database and update records of enquiries, purchases, and service history
- Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer support
- Address customer complaints, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support customers with product information, documentation, warranty, and service-related queries
- Ensure regular communication with customers for satisfaction and retention
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and follow-up status
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, front office, or customer support preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automobile, EV, dealership, or service center environment
- Knowledge of customer follow-up and complaint handling
- Ability to communicate in Malayalam, Tamil, and English preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
