We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate the sales team in achieving dealership sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily showroom sales activities, guiding sales executives, ensuring excellent customer service, and increasing overall vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily showroom walk-ins, enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
- Train and motivate sales executives for better performance.
- Ensure excellent customer handling and relationship management.
- Plan and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Maintain sales reports, target tracking, and team performance records.
- Coordinate with finance and service departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Support in increasing market reach and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- Experience in automobile/two wheeler sales preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Salary:
- Attractive salary + incentives based on performance.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
