Job Title: Area Operation Manager – Pharmacy Retail
Stores Covered: 4–5 stores
Role Summary
The Area Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across 4–5 pharmacy stores by driving process discipline through Store Managers and Assistant Managers. The role will focus on manager KPI review, store process adherence, team guidance, and operational improvement. Sales will be treated as an outcome of strong processes and consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure Store Managers and Assistant Managers follow defined store processes, SOPs, and daily operational routines.

Monitor manager KPIs regularly and ensure timely follow-up on gaps, discipline, attendance, and store performance standards.

Guide store teams mainly through Managers and Assistant Managers to improve execution, accountability, and process clarity.
Conduct regular store visits to review operations, identify process gaps, and support improvement in store-level execution
Qualification & Experience
Graduate and above. Candidates should meet either of the following criteria:
Experienced Store Manager from organized retail: Candidate should have independently handled a single store, managed a team of at least 7–8 employees, and should have a strong willingness to grow into an Area Manager role.

Multi-store operations experience: Candidate should already have experience in handling multiple stores, preferably in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or organized retail.
Preference will be given to candidates from the retail side with strong process discipline, people handling ability, and operational execution skills.
Remuneration
Fixed salary: INR 8 lakhs to 10 lakhs per annum
Variable incentives: Performance-based variable incentives
