Telecaller Sales Executive
Qualification:+2 and above
Drives revenue by initiating outbound calls to prospective/existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, following scripts, maintaining CRM records, and meeting daily or monthly sales targets.
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Making high-volume outbound calls to new prospects (cold calling) and handling inbound customer queries professionally.
- Sales Conversion: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and following up on inquiries to convert interest into sales.
- Database Management: Recording accurate customer information, interaction details, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
