This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and expanding sales within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including healthcare professionals and distributors.
Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing product training and support. Candidate will also monitor market trends, gather insights, and report on sales performance to ensure strategic alignment with company objectives.
Market Development: Identify and map key corporate hospitals, government setups (via GeM), and private nursing homes within the allocated territory.
Clinical Promotion: Conduct 1-on-1 meetings and clinical presentations for Surgeons (General, Plastic, Gynae, Ortho) to demonstrate the technical superiority and "premium" value of Aipri products.
OT Presence: Provide technical support in the Operation Theatre (OT) when required, ensuring surgeons are comfortable with the handling and performance of our sutures.
Channel Management: Identify and appoint strategic distributors/stockists in territory. Ensure product availability and manage the supply chain at the local level.
Strategic Planning: Implement the "Structural Pricing" model and ensure consistent brand communication as per corporate guidelines.
Reporting: Maintain a daily digital reporting log of doctor calls, hospital feedback, and competitor activities.
