- OR any graduate with relevant experience in HR Recruitment
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Building and maintaining strong professional networks
- Managing end-to-end recruitment as per company requirements
- Handling onboarding and exit processes
- Maintaining proper documentation and HR records
- Ensuring planned visits are completed
- Managing and coordinating with freelancers
- Asset Maintaining
- Uniform coordination to be done with the Staff Nurse
- Hostel Monitoring
