A Nursery Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that supports the physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development of young children. The teacher plans and implements age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and a love for learning.
The Nursery Teacher develops and delivers engaging activities through play-based and experiential learning approaches, helping children build foundational skills in communication, early literacy, numeracy, motor development, and social interaction. The teacher observes and assesses each child's progress, maintains records, and provides timely feedback to parents and school management.
The role includes ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children, establishing positive classroom routines, and fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and respected. The teacher is expected to manage classroom behavior positively, promote good habits and hygiene practices, and support children in developing self-confidence and independence.
The Nursery Teacher works collaboratively with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to meet the developmental needs of each child. Participation in school events, parent meetings, professional development programs, and other educational activities is an integral part of the role.

Pay: ₹10,200.78 - ₹16,000.00 per month
