Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Explain solar products and services to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client requirements.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Support the team in quotation sharing and customer coordination.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of Inside Sales and customer handling.
- Basic understanding of Solar products and services preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM handling.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (MBA Marketing preferred).
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1–2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Sales Coordination.
- Candidates from Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
