Hiring - Operations Executive
Location: 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560011
Experience: Fresher - 2 Years
Products: Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital & other secured loan products

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end loan documentation process
Coordinate with customers for collection of required documents
Visit customer locations to collect and verify documents (50% field work)
Perform office-based operational activities including data entry, document scrutiny and file processing (50% office work)
Ensure timely submission and tracking of loan applications
Coordinate with internal teams, banks and customers for smooth processing
Maintain proper records and update customer information regularly
Follow up on pending documents and support loan disbursement activities
Preferred Candidates:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with both field and office-based work
Basic knowledge of loan products, banking or financial services is an added advantage
Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally will be preferred
