Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery that meets their preferences and requirements.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including jewellery designs, materials, gemstones, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom presentation standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and merchandise organization.
- Keep records of customer preferences and purchase history for future sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends and new product collections.
- Support promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
