We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination between courier staff, shipment tracking, and operational expenses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing courier personnel, monitoring logistics costs, and ensuring timely shipment updates and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of courier personnel and delivery staff.
- Monitor courier attendance, performance, and daily operational activities.
- Manage and maintain records of courier and logistics-related expenses.
- Review, verify, and process operational expense reports and reimbursements.
- Track shipments from dispatch to delivery and ensure timely status updates.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and logistics partners regarding shipment status and delivery issues.
- Identify and resolve delivery delays, operational bottlenecks, and logistics-related challenges.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational tracking systems.

Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, courier management, or a similar role.
- Experience handling shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and operational expense management is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
