- Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound voice calls
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process / customer support
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
