UI/UX Designer

Job Description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design process.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across platforms.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
