Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to support the development and evaluation of polymer and composite materials. The role involves formulation development, testing and analysis of resins and additives, troubleshooting production issues, and preparing technical reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with polymer characterization, laboratory testing, Lab and production trials and data analysis.

Required Skills and Knowledge
Hands-on experience with resins such as epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic, or polyurethane.
Knowledge of additives including flame retardants, fillers, pigments, curing agents, and release agents.
Ability to analyze data and prepare clear technical reports.
Proficiency in Microso Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good problem-solving and communica on skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
