Job Description – Property Incharge
Location: Pune (Deccan)
Property Type: Owner Residence & Corporate Office (Same Premises)
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and responsible Property Incharge to manage the overall upkeep and smooth functioning of a single property where the owner's residence is located on the upper floor and the corporate office operates from the ground floor. The role involves property maintenance, vendor coordination, administration, staff supervision, guest handling, and supporting the owner's personal requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty & Facility Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.
- Coordinate maintenance activities related to AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, internet, CCTV, and civil work.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Handle emergency maintenance requirements promptly.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with all service vendors including electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, housekeeping suppliers, laundry/ironing vendors, internet providers, and other contractors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, and service schedules.
Administration & Staff Management
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of:
- Housekeeping Lady
- Office Boy
- Receptionist
- Other support staff as required
- Monitor attendance, duty schedules, discipline, grooming, and performance of staff.
- Ensure office and residence areas are maintained as per standards.
Owner & Guest Coordination
- Assist the owner with property-related and personal coordination requirements.
- Manage guest visits and ensure proper hospitality arrangements.
- Coordinate owner's meetings, visitors, deliveries, and special requests.
- Support the owner during family functions, personal events, and gatherings.
Utility & Compliance Management
- Monitor electricity, water, internet, telephone, and other utility services.
- Coordinate timely servicing and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of bills, AMC contracts, and service schedules.
Reporting
- Submit periodic maintenance and property status reports.
- Maintain inventory records and vendor contact database.
- Report any major repairs, issues, or operational concerns to the owner.
Candidate Profile
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ 3–8 years of experience in Property Management, Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Estate Management
✔ Strong vendor and staff management skills
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to handle both office administration and residential property operations
✔ Trustworthy, organized, and service-oriented
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
