Key Responsibilities
Attend to incoming leads through various channels
Talk to the customer and get the details for taking the lead ahead
Discuss internally with the technical/commercial teams for maturing the lead
If required, allot the lead to salesperson in CRM, and keep regular follow-up on lead status
Maintain the updated tracker of leads at all times
Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain professional communication throughout the lead cycle
Extract relevant project and contractor information from Projects Today portal and send to salesperson for further discussion with customer
Cold calling / WhatsApp to our existing database
